Yes. The oils are ideal for shorter beards as the wonderful vitamin E can easily reach the skin beneath the beard and this prevents itchy, dry patches.
A balm nourishes AND styles the beard and it's easier to apply than a wax. A wax is good for shaping and holding the style of your beard.

Not currently, because it costs more in terms of human resources, wages, etc to clean and sterilise bottles than it does to buy brand new ones. However, we're working on it.
